When do you start clearing snow?
We head out after a snowfall greater than 3 cm ends. For snow events greater than 24 hours in duration, we will clear at least once per 24 hours.
Why do you offer only seasonal contracts?
The winter is unpredictable and we are on high alert, waiting for snow to fall. We have staff and equipment on standby, which means there is a business cost incurred, even when we aren’t actively clearing snow. Seasonal committments allow us to provide ongoing, reliable service.
What areas do you service?
Our snow clearing services are currently available in Waterloo and Kitchener, so we can ensure timely service. Contact us to confirm service availability in your area or to be notified if we are able to expand our routes.
